How do I schedule a room?
If you have a UNMC email account, use the EMS web app instructions to schedule a room.
If you need a room in the next 48 hours, contact Room Scheduling.
I don’t have a unmc.edu email account, how do I book a room?
Complete the Room Request Form for NE Medicine & Tech Requests or email Room Scheduling to schedule a room.
I need a specific room, but I don’t see it on the web app.
One of the following scenarios likely explains why the room is not showing in EMS, the web scheduling app.
- Most rooms in Nebraska Medicine buildings, such as the Buffett Cancer Center, are scheduled through Outlook.
- The room you are looking for might be scheduled by the Truhlsen Events Center.
- The room you are looking for may be occupied, In this case, contact Room Scheduling for further assistance.
How do I schedule tech support for my meeting or event?
If you need technical support for your meeting/event, complete the Room Request Form for NE Medicine & Tech Requests at least 48 hours before your event.
Do you have a list of rooms I can book online?
Yes, refer to the following resources:
- View the list of rooms available for scheduling online in EMS (These rooms are scheduled through the Central Scheduling Office.)
- View the list of buildings and rooms scheduled by other offices
