New group will explore simulation activities

A new “Simulation Interest Group” will be meeting at noon Sept. 18 in the Sorrell Center’s simulation lab classroom.

This is the first of a series of bimonthly lunch meetings to encourage and innovate about the use of simulation as an educational technology.

The group will:

  • Help establish more realistic simulations.
  • Support new users who wish to add simulation to their training plans.
  • Brainstorm new and effective simulation strategies.
  • Discuss and review the effectiveness of ongoing simulation activities.

A lunch will be provided. Please RSVP to Patti Carstens.
