Updates coming to application sign-in pages

As part of an ongoing effort to improve mobile offerings and the experience for Nebraska Medicine and UNMC employees, Information Technology (IT) is rolling out a combined UNMC and Nebraska Medicine sign-in page for certain applications currently using ADFS, a Microsoft based single sign-on authentication.

This transition will occur during the next couple months, as the affected applications are rolled out in succession. This means you may see the new sign-in page for one application, like Lawson, while Office 365 will be on the old sign-in page (or vice versa). All of your log-in information stays the same.

When you log in to applications like Lawson, Office 365, and Smart Square, the current pages look like this:

The new page will look like this:

If you’re accessing this sign-in page from a mobile device, you’ll need to make a one-time choice of which domain you’re on. Nebraska Medicine colleagues should select olympus.medforest.org; UNMC colleagues should select unmc.medforest.org. Your mobile device will remember this choice for future sign-ins. After choosing your domain, you’ll only need to enter your username and password, not your entire email address.

Are the combined logos going to be made available for other combined pages or applications? I'm speaking about the third image down above where the login information is entered where it has the logo and says UNMC Nebraska Medicine.
