LiveGreen: Transportation survey

UNMC and Nebraska Medicine are once again seeking to understand campus-wide perspectives on several transportation and parking issues and ask that you complete an anonymous, approximately eight-10 minute survey to provide your input.

Several of these questions will likely seem familiar, as they have been used in the past to help determine how people commute to and from work.

New this year, we are partnering with several other property owners and major employers in the downtown/midtown area and have commissioned Verdis Group to study how residents and employees of downtown/midtown travel/commute today and how that might change in the future. The input you provide will inform not only our decision-making at UNMC/Nebraska Medicine, but also will be helpful to city leaders that are exploring the future of transportation in Omaha.

Please click here to take the survey.

**Please note, the first question will ask if you work in the midtown area, bordered by Leavenworth Street and Saddle Creek Road, shaded blue on the map. (The answer will be the second or third option.) Please consider the following buildings as part of this area and answer accordingly:

  • Annex 8/MMI/412 Building;
  • Annex14/Brown Building;
  • Annex30/Sterile Services.

Regardless of where you live or work, we still want you to take this survey.

We value your time, so everyone who completes this anonymous survey will have an opportunity to opt into a drawing to receive one of four $25 Visa gift cards. These gift cards are just for UNMC/Nebraska Medicine colleagues and do not include the other businesses taking the survey.

The survey is open through Feb. 22.

Thank you in advance for your input. It is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or concerns, please email TravelSmart@unmc.edu.
