Chief Charlotte Evans, assistant vice chancellor of the UNO Department of Public Safety and UNMC Security, released the following message on Monday:
Keeping our university safe is a group effort. It begins with being informed.
This email is to notify UNMC students, faculty and staff that our most recent annual Campus Security and Fire Report is now available.
The publication is produced in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1990, 20 U.S.C. Sec 1092. It includes information relating to crime statistics and policies concerning public safety.
In addition, the Campus Security website includes helpful information on how to report a non-emergency incident or concern. Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to review the information on a routine basis and contact Campus Security with questions or concerns.
