UNMC for the record

Construction to impact Wittson sidewalks, entrance

Due to construction, the sidewalk between Wittson Hall and Poynter Hall will be closed while underground utilities are being built. This closure will start Aug. 11 and finish Dec. 1. Eppley Science Hall and Eppley Cancer Center entrances will all be maintained and accessible on the north side. Poynter Hall will be accessible on the east and south side.

In addition, in order to complete the east entrance construction work, the east entrance of Wittson Hall also will be closed from Aug. 11 to Dec. 1. The north and south entrances with card access will remain open for the duration of this work. Once complete, the east entrance will be a two-story open structure with new glass entrance.
