Next week, the medical center community again will be able to grab lunch from a food truck on campus.
For the second consecutive week, a different food truck will be on campus from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The schedule for the week of Oct. 5 is as follows:
- Monday, Oct. 5 – 402 BBQ, Durham Research Tower II
- Tuesday, Oct. 6 – Wonton Jon’s, Lot 13 (north of the UNMC Ice Rink and between the East Utility Plant and the Center for Nursing Science)
- Wednesday, Oct, 7 – Mosaic Pickle, Durham Research Tower II
- Thursday, Oct. 8 – La Casa Pizzeria, Lot 13 (north of the UNMC Ice Rink and between the East Utility Plant and the Center for Nursing Science)
- Friday, Oct. 9 – Maria Bonita, Durham Research Tower II
Sodexo is piloting the lunchtime option, which will continue each week. Food trucks can be subject to change.
