Microsoft 365 training series scheduled in September

All UNMC faculty, students and staff, as well as employees of Nebraska Medicine, are welcome to attend any or all the upcoming Microsoft 365 classes that will be taught by a Microsoft-employed certified trainer. The 11 free classes will demonstrate how to use Microsoft apps effectively and efficiently. Attendance is not mandatory nor does it provide any educational credits. Use the registration links below to reserve your spot.

To add to an Outlook calendar:

  • Select "Add to calendar" 
  • On Windows, select "Open with" and ensure "Outlook (default)" is selected.  Select "OK." 
  • On a MAC: Right click on downloaded .ica file, "Open With," select "Microsoft Outlook.app." 
  • Select "Save & Close" to add the meeting to your Outlook calendar.

    Will there be recordings of these sessions that you can access at a later time? I have scheduling conflicts with Thursdays and this exact time weekly. It would be nice to be able to access this as a recording when most of us work and go to school.

    After the class a recording of it will be available for 180 days before it is removed. Location information for the recordings will be available shortly.
