The target audience for the conference includes physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician assistants, nurses, psychologists, counselors, physical therapists and their assistants, occupational therapists and social workers.

Registration is required by June 27 and the fees range from $200 for physical therapists and assistants, occupational therapists and social workers to $225 for physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician assistants, nurses, psychologists and counselors.

Walk-in registrations will be accepted based on space availability. Registration does include all conference materials, continental breakfast and lunch both days.
