UNMC in 3 – College of Medicine White Coat Ceremony

Welcome to our new series, “UNMC in 3.”

The series will feature video pieces roughly three minutes in length that will provide succinct, informative and interesting perspectives on life at UNMC.

The video pieces will be produced by public affairs’ Jo Giles and Andrew Nelson, who both have extensive experience in video.

Giles is a former television reporter who is familiar to many in Omaha for her work at KPTM Fox 42.

Nelson — one of the latest additions to the public affairs staff — worked on Hollywood movie sets including the latest version of “The Longest Yard” starring Adam Sandler and “Redeye” with Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy. Nelson also owned his own motion picture production company in Omaha before he came to UNMC.
