Beginning today, UNMC will air its fall series of radio commercials highlighting research and education. The commercials will run through Oct. 13 and again from Oct. 28 through Nov. 10 on stations in Omaha, Lincoln and communities across the state.
The commercials will highlight UNMC’s Rural Health Opportunities Program, the medical technology program and its distance learning component, the research in rheumatoid arthritis headed by James O’Dell, M.D., and diabetes research headed by Jennifer Larsen, M.D.
The commercials direct listeners to UNMC’s Web site and “The Future is Here” Web page where they can obtain more information about each topic. To hear the radio spots, click here.
