Personal fitness program design includes discussion of the fundamentals of a health oriented approach to physical activity, evaluation of individual fitness goals and preferences as well as equipment orientation and exercise instruction.

The offer runs through March 1. Contact Heather Lenz at hlenz@unomaha.edu to schedule an appointment for a personalized fitness assessment or personal program design.
