One way to say thank you

Since 1998, the Thank ‘U’ Reward Program has allowed UNMC employees to recognize colleagues for outstanding service by sending them Thank ‘U’ messages.

Along with the Thank ‘U’ message, recipients also get a medallion redeemable for gifts or services.
