Wellness Wednesday — NUFlex reenrollment starts Monday, ends Dec. 3

The 2011 NUFlex enrollment period starts Monday (Nov. 15) and ends at 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 3.

This year, NUFlex enrollment is only offered online through the Firefly Employee Self Service. No paper enrollment forms will be accepted for reenrollment.

• Keep their current benefits;
  
• Not be enrolled in the Reimbursement Accounts in 2011; and
  
• Be designated as a tobacco/nicotine user for life insurance premiums.

There is no exception to this policy.
