The College of Medicine and Business and Finance will go head-to-head today in the first UNMC LiveGreen Pledge Race.
The unit that raises its participation percentage in the UNMC LiveGreen pledge the most today wins the contest.
Here’s how they stack up as of Thursday afternoon at 5 p.m.:

- Business and Finance — 36 percent of business and finance’s workforce — or 144 people — had taken the pledge
- College of Medicine — 12 percent of the College of Medicine — or 301 people — had taken the pledge.
We’ll check the numbers again today at 5 p.m. to see which unit raised its percentage the most and report the winner in Monday’s UNMC Today.
The next pledge race will be held on Tuesday as the College of Nursing will face the School of Allied Health Professions.
