Learn why courage matters at Thursday seminar

Clennon King — an award-winning journalist and political activist — will speak at UNMC on Thursday at noon in the Durham Research Center Auditorium about the importance of courage in the workplace.

Clennon King

King — who was initially scheduled to speak at UNMC earlier this month — will present “Why Courage is Worth Catching.”

His originally scheduled presentation was postponed because of winter weather.

Free lunch will be available.

King’s presentation, held in recognition of February as Black History Month, is part of the Diversity Lectures and Cultural Arts Series for 2010-2011.
