Thursday’s concert is sponsored by UNMC’s Office of the Chancellor in support with UNMC’s Center for Continuing Education, the College of Pharmacy and the UNMC Human Resources Department.

Thomas Kluge, principal violist of the Omaha Symphony, Leslie Fagan, the symphony’s second flutist and Amy Peterson-Stout, associate principal viola player in the symphony, will perform chamber selections during the concert, which starts at noon.

“These are some amazing musicians that will be in our midst on Thursday and those who attend will be in for a real treat,” said John Benson, M.D., professor of internal medicine.

Employees, students and visitors are invited to bring lunch and enjoy the performance.
