This is a reminder that the Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account deadline for submitting 2010 claims is Thursday, March 31.
Only expenses for services received in 2010 and after the effective date of your coverage may be reimbursed, provided such services were incurred in a benefits eligible status.
Claims must be received in your Campus Benefits Office by 4:30 p.m. on March 31 in order to receive reimbursement.
Contributions not reimbursed will be forfeited. Employees who participate in both the Health Care and Dependent Day Care Accounts may not use money from one account to cover expenses in the other account.
Reimbursement Account statement information is available on the Employee Self Service Web Site.
If you have already submitted claims, which equal your total 2010 Reimbursement Account contribution, no further action is required.
