NIH official to discuss great grant writing at March 29 seminar

UNMC investigators interested in inside input on what makes for great grant proposals to the National Institutes of Health may want to attend a special seminar on March 29.

Seminar sponsors

This seminar is jointly sponsored by the Eppley Institute and the departments of biochemistry and molecular biology and genetics, cell biology and anatomy.

The seminar will feature Martin Padarathsingh, Ph.D., referral officer and scientific review administrator in the Center for Scientific Review at the National Institutes of Health.

His presentation — titled “Crafting an Exceptional NIH Grant Application: An Insider’s Perspective” — starts at noon in the Durham Research Center Auditorium.
