The University of Nebraska currently is in the verification phase of the dependent eligibility audit.
Can’t find a document?
Log onto www.auditos.com and use the reference number provided to you in the paperwork you received from Chapman-Kelly — the company conducting the audit.
Once logged on, click on the resources tab and choose the menu item that best suits your need.

In this phase of the audit — which runs until May 6 — employees must provide proof of eligibility of dependents covered under the university’s medical and/or dental insurance plans.
IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT EMPLOYEES COMPLY WITH THE AUDIT AS FAILING TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN DEPENDENTS BEING DROPPED FROM COVERAGE.
