Employees with university medical and dental insurance coverage are reminded that the deadline is May 6 to submit the required documents to verify your dependents for the universitywide Dependent Eligibility Audit.
Can’t find a document?
Log onto www.auditos.com and use the reference number provided to you in the paperwork you received from Chapman-Kelly — the company conducting the audit.
Once logged on, click on the resources tab and choose the menu item that best suits your need.
If you don’t have your reference number, contact Chapman-Kelly immediately at 877-478-0448.
