“Paulette’s experience in hospital operations as well as physician practice management will provide a strong background for the work ahead in our organization,” said Richard Osterholm, M.D., chairman of the board of directors for Bellevue Medical Center.

The transition is effective July 1. The board will begin discussions immediately about a permanent replacement.

Davidson has been an executive director at The Nebraska Medical Center for three years where she oversaw network operations as well as transplant services.

Sue Miller will act as interim operations director for transplant services and report to Chief Operating Officer Joe Graham.

Davidson’s duties in network operations will transition to Sharon Judkins, who will report to Tadd Pullin, vice president of marketing, planning and network operations.
