A new feature on the online menus for campus cafeterias lets you see the nutritional information of the food you’d like to eat.
To see the information:

You also can check the nutritional value of a combination of items if you check the box on the left of the items you want to eat and then click the “View Nutrition Summary” box at the top of the menu.

For example, if you want to eat the black bean soup and the turkey melt on sourdough in Clarkson Cafe today, you will consume:

  • 490 total calories;
  • 8 grams of saturated fat;
  • 47 grams of carbohydrates; and
  • 36 grams of protein.

The new menus also denote items for vegetarians, vegans and items that enhance wellness and/or are low in sodium.
