Chef Piero Orezzoli of Peru — who is at UNMC this week as part of the Sodexo Global Chef program — will prepare Peruvian dishes at Culturefest on Thursday.
Orezzoli — who brings more than 22 years experience as a restaurant chef and manager — will serve up Peruvian fare at Culturefest from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Sorrell Center Truhlsen Campus Events Center.
If you can’t make it to Culturefest, Orezzoli — who has worked at a number of prestigious hotels and restaurants in Peru — also will prepare dishes today in the Clarkson Cafe from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
