Today UNMC will recognize the work and support its office service staff provides faculty, administrators, managers and/or supervisors.
Office Service employees were invited to attend today’s celebration events and those who RSVP’d will enjoy either the breakfast session (8 to 9:30 a.m.) or the lunch session (Noon to 1:30 p.m.).
Both sessions will feature comments from Bob Bartee, vice chancellor for external affairs, and John Russell, assistant vice chancellor for human resources.
Also, UNMC Today encourages employees to leave comments on this story to thank their respective administrative professionals for their hard work.

I am fortunate to work with two great groups of administrative professionals – our Clinical Genetics Staff (Kristi Horeis, Kathleen Caldwell, and Cheri Bott) and the staff in the Human Genetics Lab (Kelly Crotty,Nikki Hackendahl, Kim Tyrey, Lori Myers, Sue Kolb and others). They are all terrific!
I am privileged to work with Nancy Ambrose in Pediatrics (Metabolism). She is an integral cog in our research machine.
