The UNMC skating rink will open Tuesday, Nov. 27. The rink will be open through March 1.
The rink is just east of 42nd Street midway between Emile Street and Dewey Avenue on the north side of the Michael F. Sorrell Center for Health Science Education building. The rink features concessions, music and seasonal decorations.

- Tuesday-Friday — 11 a.m.-1 p.m., 4-8 p.m.;
- Saturday — 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
- Sunday — Noon to 8 p.m.; and
- Closed — Mondays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
Regular admission, which includes skate rental, is $7 for individuals or $5 without skate rental. Cash or credit card only.
Admission for UNMC and Clarkson College students is free with identification badges ($3 skate rental or $15 for seasonal skate rental).
Cost for employees (and dependents who accompany them) of UNMC, UNMC-Physicians, The Nebraska Medical Center and Clarkson College is $5, including skates, or $30 season pass per person. Employees must present identification badges.
