The campus community is invited to attend today’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day commemoration event in the Storz Pavilion at noon.

John Ewing will present today’s annual Martin Luther King Jr. commemorative address.

John Ewing, Jr. will deliver the annual keynote address to honor the slain civil rights leader. Ewing is the current Douglas County treasurer and former deputy chief with the Omaha Police Department. He titled his speech, “Are YOU Living the Dream?”

Pizza will be served.

A live stream option is available for employees who can’t attend beginning at 11:50 a.m. on Monday.

Employees who wish to view the live stream need to have Quick Time and Real Player on their computers.
