Got an excellent co-worker? Nominate him or her for the monthly Chancellor’s Silver U award.
This award is given annually to approximately 120 employees who provide consistent performance that exceeds expectations or who have achieved other special distinction.
Unit leaders select employees on a monthly basis. Awardees receive a Silver ‘U’ pin, a dress shirt or sweater with the Silver ‘U’ logo and will be invited to lunch with the chancellor.
Email the completed form to your unit’s Silver ‘U’ coordinator. A list of unit coordinators is included on the nomination form.
