I can testify to the benefits of biofeedback. It changed my life and well being. The pain in my back and shoulders were a sign something was wrong, but I did not listen. Biofeedback teaches a person to be in tune with their body, to listen to what it is telling them. It cannot be ignored. I truly wished my physician would have recommended long ago.
