Tickets on sale

Tickets to the Aug. 11 Blues Brothers Revue performance will be on sale today and Thursday in the Nebraska Cafeteria from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The tickets cost $5 a piece for employees. Payment can be made by cash or check only. Employee ID is required to purchase tickets.

Break out the “Jake and Elwood” shades and enter to win tickets to the Aug. 11 Blues Brothers Revue performance at the Omaha Community Playhouse.

Post a picture of yourself (or a group of people) wearing “Blues Brothers” type sunglasses on the UNMC fan page. A winner will be chosen at random this Friday at 1 p.m.

Who: Everyone who “likes” UNMC on Facebook is eligible to win.

What: Win four free tickets to The Official Blues Brothers Revue.

When and where: Doors to the Hawks Mainstage Theatre open at 7 p.m. on Aug. 11. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.
