Behavioral Interviewing Training Workshops will be held in October and November.
At the workshops, Sandra McKenzie, an employment specialist in human resources, will teach the techniques of behavioral interviewing to effectively assess applicants’ skills, knowledge and experience based on the premise that past performance is an excellent indicator of future performance.
The two-hour workshops will benefit all involved in the hiring process.
Workshops will be held at 9 a.m. in the College of Nursing, Room 2020 on:
- Tuesday, Oct. 25;
- Thursday, Oct. 27; and
- Tuesday, Nov.1.
