Flu shots this morning in Storz

A free flu shot clinic for employees will be held today from 7 to 9 a.m. in Storz Pavilion, Rooms 6-8.

Employees must complete an online consent form before they attend free flu vaccination clinics.

Visit http://newintranet.nebraskamed.com/vaccine/ to access the consent form or for more information.

Also, employees must bring employee IDs to the clinics.

Other clinics will be held:

Wednesday, Nov. 16 — 7 to 9 a.m., Private Dining Rooms B and C; and
Friday, Nov. 18 — 7 to 9 a.m., Storz 1-8.
