Public health open house set for March 9

The College of Public Health will host its Spring open house on Friday, March 9 to provide the prospective student with a basic understanding of the field of public health and the academic public health programs at UNMC.

Learn about public health careers at the March 9 Spring Public Open House at the UNMC College of Public Health.

What: Prospective students will have the opportunity to meet with and have their questions answered by public health leadership, faculty, researchers and current students in the UNMC College of Public Health. See a full schedule online.

Who: The Open House is open to any person (prospective students, pre-health advisers, career counselors, etc.) who wants to gain a greater understanding of the field of public health and all the opportunities for education and research in the College of Public Health at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

When: 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where: Harold M. and Beverly Maurer Center for Public Health
