Durham Participants Night includes brainteasers, puzzles, pancakes

UNMC and The Nebraska Medical Center employees and their families are invited for a night of puzzling games at the next Durham Museum Participant’s Night!

When: July 31 from 5 to 8 p.m. as part of the Time Travelers program, a partnership between UNMC, The Nebraska Medical Center and the museum.

Where: Durham Museum, 801 S. 10th St. Admission is only for immediate family, which includes two adults and dependent children of the same household.

What: Enjoy dinner with the “Pancake Man,” solve who-dun-it in a mystery Clue game around the museum and explore our latest exhibition, Mindbender Mansion from The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.

About the exhibit: Mindbender Mansion is an eclectic place full of brainteasers and interactive challenges guaranteed to test the brain power and problem solving skills of even the most experienced puzzlers. When you enter the fun and quirky mansion, you will be invited to join the Mindbender Society by gathering hidden clues and secret passwords scattered throughout the various thematic rooms of the house. The clues and passwords are revealed by solving select brainteasers and group challenges.

Register: RSVP to unmcevents@unmc.edu by July 29. An employee identification badge must be presented for admittance.
