Sara Rosenbaum, J.D., a national expert on the Affordable Care Act, will speak at UNMC on Tuesday today at a forum in the Maurer Center for Public Health, Room 3013. |
She will:
- Present an analysis of the impact of the Supreme Court’s decision in NFIB v Sebelius on implementation of the Affordable Care Act;
- Assess additional significant policy drivers of ACA implementation; and
- Assess prospects for ACA implementation in the federal budget environment.
