We did it again!
As of 3 p.m. on Friday, we had raised $152,619 in the 2012 UNMC United Way fund drive to surpass our goal of $148,000.
Participation points, too!
Also, our participation was at 41 percent, which equals our participation percentage from last year’s drive.
While it would have been nice to see a big increase in participation, it should be noted that the 41 percent participation rate for the past two years is significantly higher than the 33 percent average we had posted in the previous years.
Anyway — great job everyone! And, rumor has it more donations continue to trickle in so we may have an updated donation total to report later in the week.
