Benefit ‘U’ in focus — Redeem Thank ‘U’ medallions by mail

As of Jan. 1, UNMC employees can redeem their Thank ‘U’ award medals easily through campus mail.

All you have to do is:

• Complete the Vital Thank ‘U’ Reward – Medallion Redemption Form;
  
• Tape medallions to the form; and
  
• Mail form with medallions to “Employee Relations Technician ZIP 5470.”

Your requested gift card will be mailed to your work zip code. Please allow three to five days for processing time. If you have any questions, email employeerelations@unmc.edu. Medallions can only be redeemed through the mail.
