Engage Wellness member goes for new rowing record

Nancy McCormick holds a record for the 85-89 age group and just elevated to a new group in January.

Nancy McCormick, who works out frequently at the UNMC Engage Wellness Medical Fitness Center, will attempt to break an age-group record on a rowing machine on Feb. 8. McCormick says she's proud that she can use the 12-pound “pink weights” during workout classes.
