Are you an employee? Get your co-workers together and represent your department. Students? Represent your college. University pride (and some excellent T-shirts) are on the line.

  • Cost: $25/team.
  • Games last 30 minutes.
  • Teams play once each week.
  • No skates. Both leagues are played in regular footwear.
  • No experience necessary. If you don’t know how to play, we’ll teach you.
  • No games over the holidays. There’s a three-week break starting mid-December.
  • All equipment is provided. Participants just need to dress for the weather.

Intramural leagues are open to UNMC, Nebraska Medicine and UNO faculty, staff, students, retirees, volunteers, their family and limited numbers of non-UNMC/Nebraska Medicine/UNO individuals for each team.

Registration closes Nov. 18.
