Kaycee is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) and Provisionally Certified Master Social Worker (PCMSW) in the state of Nebraska. Kaycee received her Master of Social Work from the University of Houston in 2018. She has supported students in the UNMC College of Nursing as an Academic Success Coordinator since 2020 and completed an internship with UNMC CAPS in 2024. Kaycee integrates a range of therapeutic modalities into her practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), all grounded in a trauma-informed approach. She embraces the mind-body-spirit connection to help individuals tap into their inner strengths, foster healing, and pursue meaningful goals. Central to Kaycee’s work is a commitment to authenticity—she invites clients to show up as their true selves and values genuine connection within the therapeutic relationship.

Beyond her professional role, Kaycee enjoys reading, yoga and pilates, travelling, and listening to all kinds of music.
