Internal Microcredentialing and Badging
Design and deliver internal UNMC microcredentials and digital badges that showcase in-demand skills.
Internal UNMC microcredentials are developed to support our students, clinicians, researchers, staff and faculty as they build new competencies and advance their professional growth. Each microcredential offers short, focused learning experiences targeting key skill areas—from clinical practice to professional skills, research competencies and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Upon completion, learners earn a digital badge—a portable, verifiable indicator of achievement. These badges communicate demonstrated skills and can be added to CVs, résumés, LinkedIn profiles, and other professional platforms to showcase competencies within and beyond UNMC.
