Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation is a mindfulness practice led by someone's voice. This type of meditation can be helpful for minds that wander easily as you will have someone guiding you through the exercise. Often when people think about meditation, they envision sitting for long periods of time in absolute silence. While some people do meditate in this way, it is not a good starting point. Guided meditations allow you to follow the prompts of someone else as they guide you to relaxation. The selections below are fairly short so you can fit them in your busy day.
